We offer exchanges for products that are unworn or unused only. If you feel the item shipped to you is defective or damaged in any way, we will do everything within reason to make sure you are happy with your purchase. You are welcome to exchange any item within 5 days of receipt of the item. If the product has been soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed, the garment isn't able to be exchanged and thus will be returned to the customer at ther own expense.
